SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST
Primary Responsibilities: CTC is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with direct experience in systems integration and software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systems integration support for geospatial intelligence software systems into the client architecture. The candidate must have familiarity with requirements development, concept of operations development, interface control, test plan development, and risk management.
Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate must have knowledge of software integration, software virtualization, and establishing systems database services; NGA or other similar intelligence agency integration processes, geospatial intelligence analyst tools, and services such as ESRI ArcGIS; and database operation (e.g. ORACLE, MySQL). The candidate must be able to provide leadership of project integration and effectively and efficiently communicate in both verbal and written format. Experience with systems engineering models such as the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development Version 1.2 (CMMI-DEV V1.2) is desired. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate DoD 8570.01-M certification (i.e. Network+, Security+, CISSP, etc.). The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a minimum of 6-8 years directly related experience or a Master of Science degree plus 4-6 years of experience or a PhD plus 2-4 years of experience. Additional relevant subject matter expert (SME) experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. This position also requires a security clearance at the TS/SCI level. A current polygraph is desired.
