Happy May! The weather has finally warmed up here in the Northeast. Summer flowers are beginning to poke their heads out of the ground. Cinco de Mayo this week reminds me that warmer weather is right around the corner and, as a bonus, brings another day to celebrate. What are you celebrating in your life? Make sure you acknowledge every step you make towards reaching your goal.
This issue brings Are You A Good Juggler? How to balance work, family and friends (Part 2). Our panel of six experts offer their take on why work/life “balance” is so elusive. They also discuss why doing one thing differently can change your life. I think you’ll find their comments as thought-provoking as I did.

Recently, you received a newsletter that focused on how the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can make you a better communicator. If you’d like to learn more about this assessment take our Free Introduction to the MBTI. Sign up on our Assessment Matrix and receive this NEW five-part series by email.

Finally, the results of our Fashion Poll – Are you a Fashionista or Recessionista? – are in. Of respondents 27.27% said Fashionista, 18.18% said Recessionista and a whopping 54.55% said “Depends on how much I like it.” Perhaps their responses reflect an improving economy.
With that in mind, please answer our new poll – Is the job market improving? – when you visit the website. I’ll share the results in an upcoming newsletter.
