Illegal Interview Questions

Age: When where you born? How old are you? When did you attend or graduate school (to determine age)?
Natural Origin: Where were you born? Where were your wife/husband/parents/children born? Are you/your parents/husband/wife naturalized or native born citizens?
Religion: What religious denomination, church or synagogue do you belong to? What are you religious obligations? What religious holidays do you observe?
Marital status: No gender specific, such as What is your maiden name? Can be asked if men and women are asked marital status.
Children: Do you have children? Do you plan to have children? What type of child-care arrangements have you made?
Disability: Do you have any handicap? What type of handicap do you have?
Race: What is your race? Color? Companies may not ask for photos with applications.
Sexual preference: What is your sexual preference? Are you gay? Lesbian?
Organizations: Do you belong to NAACP/B'nai B'rith? Or about any organization, the nature, name or character of which indicates the religion, race, or national origin of its members.
